Refund Policy

Every new account includes a 7-day free trial of the AI tier before any payment is required, so you can try Focen fully before buying. Because of this, purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law gives you a refund right (see below). If you experience a technical issue, contact support@focen.app and we’ll work to resolve it.

Who processes your purchase

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your order is a sale by Lemon Squeezy, and its refund handling applies alongside this policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your country. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; where it applies, we and Lemon Squeezy will honor it.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused subscription time beyond what the law requires.
