Cancelling later stops the next renewal and the plan stays on until the end of the period already paid for. Where do I start the trial?
Here, with the button on the plan you want, or in the app after you sign in with Google or Apple. Either way the subscription is matched to your account by the email used at checkout, so use the address you sign in with.
What happens when the 7 days end?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, $19.99 for a month or $149.99 for a year, and Focen carries on. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. It is not charged during the 7 days, and the receipt email has the link to cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the link in your receipt email or from Manage subscription at the bottom of this site. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Are there refunds?
Purchases are final except where the law gives you a refund right. The refund page has the details. Refund policy.
I already have a Focen account. Does this change anything?
No. Accounts that existed before Focen became a subscription keep the plan they had.
Does the iPhone app need a subscription?
Yes, and it is the same one. One subscription covers your computer and your iPhone, so sign in on the iPhone with the account you subscribed with.
Does the AI see what I read?
It sees the address and the title of the page, which is what it sorts on. The contents of the page never leave the machine.
