Data request

Use this form to exercise your privacy rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, or to object to processing. This is a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) channel under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.

Most of your Focen data never leaves your device, so you can delete it yourself in the app. This form covers anything we might hold, such as billing or support records. We verify identity before acting and respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a first request.
